Your Property Matters Ltd has been Body Corporate Secretary and Manager of the Dominion Building Body Corporate since January 2010. Our company was established in 1996 to provide specialist and totally independent management services to Wellington bodies corporate. Over the last fourteen years we have grown into the largest specialist company in this field in the Wellington region with a current portfolio of over 60 bodies corporate with some 2500 apartments, town houses, and retail and commercial units.

The wide range of practical, hands-on experience gained by YPM over this range of buildings and disciplines allows our staff to provide the highest possible standard of service to members of the Dominion Building Body Corporate. YPM is focused on providing a premium service that fully meets the day-to-day needs of owners as well as protecting their investment in the longer-term.

Our offices are centrally located in downtown Wellington's Boulcott Street less than 250 meters from the Dominion Building, allowing us to respond to body corporate and building issues in a timely fashion.

Geoff Holgate (General Manager): Geoff has been with the company for six years and has a wide ranging background in business administration, accounting and facilities, contracts & property management.

Mike Lee (Accounting Manager): Mike has over thirty years accounting experience in a number of sectors as well as broad experience in body corporate accounting.

Alan Young (Body Corporate Manager): Alan has a wide range of facilities management experience both within bodies corporate and in the wider property service industry.
